If I end up in a gulag, I will make vodka from potato peels and sell it for a profit.
If there are no potato peels, I will use grass.
If there is no grass, I will invent the first method of extracting vodka from thin air.

I would have agreed with you some years back but i now realize that it has been said before by people in many other nations, most likely even by the Germans and the Russians.
The constitution is what made America great or rather the common sense people who put the constitution together under the eyes of God, but it has slowly over the years been either ignored or twisted around.
God gave us the chance that no other nation has ever came close to since the nation of Israel came to be.
What ever God has for America now only he knows, the American people is what makes America, other wise it is just a peace of land, no different than any other land.
The land of the free has become the land of the freebies, the declaration of independence has become the declaration of the willingly dependent.
The God fearing people have become involved with a bunch of institutions that have replaced God with religion.
