#1 Cancel your cable. You’d only be supporting the MSM that lied and defended Obama to the tooth and help secure his re-election. I cancelled my cable and saved $1000 from going to Hollywood and the MSM.

#2 Get some business card printed up that say “Obama’s government has taken all of my money and I am unable to leave you a tip. You might try calling the White House at: (phone number) and ask Obama for your tip.” Leave this on the table whenever you go out to eat at restaurants or places where tips are customarily given.

#3 Before hiring anyone to do work on: your car, lawn, house, etc. Ask them who they voted for if they either won’t tell youor say Obama, tell them “Sorry I cannot trust your jugdment when it comes toimportant matters, how could i trust your judgement when it comes to my car...”

Disagree. If you go out to eat, proudly spout off about how Obama is a disaster for the nation, etc. THEN tip like 50 percent.

I promise you that whenever you go out, you WILL make an impression.

This is just wrong. If you can afford to go out for dinner you can afford a tip. Your waitperson is working, just like you, they have a job and are doing it.

You want to punish the Liberal elite, stop going to movies, Buy Ford instead of GM or Chrysler, don't contribute to PBS and NPR. But don't take it out on someone that is working.

canceled cable 2 yrs ago - netflix is great - 7.99 a mos - and we can watch a whole series without commercials - episodes back to back - get my local new from the web

screw 'em all - they made it personal when they attacked my childrens future -

I have a 22 and 23 yr old - both with 4 yr degrees and they live in the room they grew up in....neither can find sustainable work. My wife has a Masters and makes $12.50/ an hour.

eff them all - theyve made it very personal, and I'll starve every last one of the bastards....

I especially like the comment that suggested asking contractors who they voted for as a condition of getting the job

weve grown complacent, fat and spoiled - time to toughen up...

MOST IMPORTANTLY - TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF - GET HEALTHY - IT IS THE BEST DEFENSE !

Re #2: I disagree with stiffing the waitress and waiters. Many, i.e. my daughter, are college graduates and cannot find jobs other than waiting tables and the like. Some, perhaps many, I don’t know, are conservative. My daughter certainly is. She has been a freeper since the early 2000s and is on the front lines of the pro-life movement. She is suffering enough under the regime’s policies. Please don’t punish her. But you can still tip off the grid. Tip in cash!

I couldn’t disagree w/ you more on #2. If you’re going to “feed the beast” by patronizing a restaurant, why punish the help? My advise would be to not step in a restaurant at all...and to avoid drive-through food, too.

YOUR A GENIUS! I am usually a good tipper, but you have given me other ideas!

That'll probably take someone - already working for (usually) low wages - who is apolitical or on the fence and make them a lefty for the rest of their lives, or at least make them someone who will gladly tell anyone they know that "those cheap Republicans (or conservatives, right-wingers, tea-partiers, etc) are such a__holes." If the server is a conservative or libertarian to begin with, it'll be a friendly fire incident. It might make a person feel clever or provide an emotional venting, but just like FReepers ranting about John Boehner for something he didn't say,* it can make nominally conservative people come across as either fools or pr__ks, and that is just what the left wants. As I said yesterday, we on this forum (and I am speaking generally) need to identify the target a hell of a lot better than we are doing at present... myself included.

Mr. niteowl77

*Boehner has a lousy batting average, but he doesn't need to be booed off the field when he hits a single or heckled when he is simply waiting for the pitch.

I saw that you posted this asinine suggestion on another thread. In case you didn’t get enough of an ear full there, I will tell you that only a worthless lowlife doesn’t tip, and that is not what Conservatism is about.

I agree....I would add one other thing....save your money by boycotting any and all advertisers on CBS, ABC, etc. These arseholes have lied and covered the truth up and I say starve them to death!!! Sorry for any good businesses that suffer in the process.....you choose poorly.

I would add one other thing ....subscribe to Theblaze TV.....only place you will get truth in the news.

Understood and agreed to in principle, but the folks who work at those kinds of jobs are typically not very well paid. I tended bar for over twenty years, so I speak from experience (and am not exactly an impartial party to the discussion).
