How can the UN decide if something is voter fraud?

Our system is so unique they do not understand how things work here. Unlike most (maybe all) nations we do not have a national ID card. That’s where anything they can understand about us stops.

And that is just the perfect rub. No ID doesn't mean you can't vote here in the US. There is no impediment to stop fraud. Every person showing up at a polling location is expected to be able to cast a ballot. Anyone denied a ballot for any reason will bring charges of voter suppression. I will even wager that those folks handed an absentee ballot because they fail to meet some criteria to vote...will be considered as having their voting Right suppressed, because they had to go through a different process than everyone else. They don't need to understand how our system works to observe what they think is voter suppression.
