As for the rest...I doubt most of these folks have the where withal to relocate to any of these countries, much less have any idea of how to support themselves when they got there (might get a nasty surprise or two about how long it takes to get on the welfare gravy train in their destination country...)
I do hope they try, but I think that we are stuck with them. What country would want an influx of lazy, fat, stupid socialists who think that they deserve more than they produce?

OTOH, there are a vast number of people that are planning to leave if Obama somehow wins again, but they’re not talking about it much. Doctors, in particular, but also people who have enough for a comfortable retirement now — if they can get their money out of dollars before the crash.
I have received a good number of inquiries from various friends about conditions in Japan. How hard is it to get a visa? What kind of jobs are available? What are the education restrictions? Etc., etc., etc....
I’m thinking of making a brochure...

hey, if 0bama wins, i’ll be leaving the country... or at least my company will
60% tax is absurd when you can move it in a day without any effort and pay only 10% tax
when more then half your time is not your own... it’s no longer YOUR life
