Does anyone remember a few years back, there was a late-night show called
Night Stand which was a spoof of talk-shows like Jerry Springer. The "host" was an actor named Timothy Stack, and he was always "naively" making these crazy, innueno-laden comments that the audience would crack up at, and then pretend to realize how it was misconstrued, and say, "Oh, people... come on!"
That's what I always think of whenever I hear of Biden's last .... mishaps.

When you set the bar this low right out of the box, it should be a sign to anyone paying attention. Joe Biden’s appointment as Veep was Obama’s first Presidential act, and the model for all the others.
