It IS a difficult pose! A forearm stand requires a very strong upper body to support the weight, a consistently strong core, from upper body down to the hip flexors, and some measure of balance. Plus a heaping spoonful of confidence!

IF and I say IF I have it by Spring, I’ll count myself very lucky to have developed that much.

Not to mention, she is a lovely girl....

Thanks again! When I did gymnastics it was called Stunts & Tumbling. That tells you how long ago that was. LOL We encourage gymnastics because it keeps the body strong and she loves it. She is very competitive and this is perfect for her.

Good luck with your gymnastics! I’m sure you will accomplish what you set out to accomplish. You sound as dedicated as my granddaughter!
