With the media controlling how it is spun? Really? They may try to control how it is spun, but it's a big internet and those dinosaur media sources are not perceived as authoritative anymore.
There would be plenty of background noise from such sources, of course, but IMHO the move would be seen for just what it was: an act of total desperation...

And running as a sitting VP in '16 would be a big boost. If Obama's in office another 4 years the country will be a complete wreck by then... Hillary wouldn't stand a chance.

BS!Obummer and the dims would never do this as it would be a sure sign of desperation. Besides, Old Uncle Joe has been a great VP!. :-)

I don’t think so. As many people dislike her as like her, and also she’s yesterday’s news...a sign that Barry has failed, either to carry out his own personal Marxist agenda or to do anything that the Dems said he was going to do.
She’s no magic bullet anymore. People who would vote for her in this election would always have voted for Obama in any event.

Trying to get a boost from Hillary will show how feckless and useless Obama has become. The Clintons would love the satisfaction of putting Barry in his place.

I certainly wouldn’t put it past them... But that would be a major escalation in the dirty tricks department. Oh, not dirty in the sense of illegal activities, but more to what used to be considered the “gentlemen’s rules of the game”. The two parties displayed a certain sportsmanship by not crapping on each other’s conventions and other minor stuff.
That’s gone. If they play it this way, it will certainly release Romney to fight back twice as nasty (which he is fully capable of), and if you don’t think he’s already stockpiled major information and talking points about Hillary, you seriously underestimate the man.
Ye Gods, can you say “target rich environment”?
Here’s where we get to see if Mitt can take a serious punch and hit right back.

After last nights speech by Ryan, the DNC's heads must be exploding.
I would not be surprised if Obama offered Hillary whatever she wants to take over for Ol' Joe.

The problem is the name at the top of the ticket has not changed. As long as he is still there, everything else is rearranging the deck chairs.
Are we talking about the democrats or the republicans?

I agree that this would make them look desperate, which they are. She's already on the ticket, in a way, and this hasn't helped them. In addition, Obama would have to admit that he's done things ‘wrong’ and that he's bringing her on to help him move in a different direction. That would be one tough pill for him to swallow, and would be highly unlikely to help them.
Don't waste your emotional energy on a rumor, and don't worry. We could quite handily beat this ticket.

Thankfully you are right. There is no way we win if she joins the ticket. I know some here are naive but it would be a disaster for us.

Tonite on MSNBC, I am telling you Madcow, Lawrence and Chrissy are insane. Honestly see that Chuck Todd is a little uneasy about what is happening to his channel. They have come unglued. I cant stop watching them, its comedy central
