I was going to use my simple, standard reply to:
“On the other hand, there’s never been a female Pope,...”
Which is:
“...and that is because there is no Biblical justification for the ordination of women.”
Everything is so bizarre now that it gives new meaning to truth is stranger than fiction.
I am almost always alerted to this but somehow I fell for it initially. I wonder if she really did say this at some time.
