The film was on FOX. It was a candid shot,very short. Obviously the Prince didn’t expect photographers from the expression on his face.
Shep’s comment was: that he was hurrying/running up the steps. In-for-the-day. Wasn’t visiting the WH. Hadn’t invited the O to the wedding and maybe he was delivering cake to the justices. As you can see there was more jest in Shep’s comment then accuracy and maybe the “running up the step” should have been in quotes.
The next day Shep said he had stayed over to site see. Picture of the Prince here on May 3rd of the week with Justice Breyer. Shep’s report was evening of May 1 .
