It now appears the worst fears of the U.S. Constitutions framers were well founded as investigators working on behalf of the ongoing investigation into the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama have found yet another lead in a growing mountain of evidence within the public records section of the British National Archives indicating the occurrence of at least four vital events registered to the name of Barack Obama, taking place in the British Protectorate of East Africa (Kenya) between 1953 and 1963, including the birth of two sons before 1963.
The record of birth of a second son prior to Kenyan independence is significant because biographical information about Obamas family indicates Obama Sr. fathered only one other son prior to Obama IIs birth.
The books containing hand written line records of vital events attributed to Obama are contained in Series RG36 of the Family Records section in the Kew branch of the BNA. The hand written line records first discovered in 2009, indicate several events were registered to the name Barack Obama (appears to be handwritten and spelled Burack and Biraq) beginning in 1953 and include two births recorded in 1958 and 1960, a marriage license registration in 1954 and a birth in 1961. Barack Obama is said to have died in 1982 and had married at least once more in Kenya and had at least one more child in 1968, but no record of these were found in the BNA because, according to the Archives desk reference, the events occurred after Kenya achieved independence from British colonial rule in 1963.
To date, Barack Obama II is the only known alleged son of Obama Sr. born after 1960 and before the independence of Kenya became official in 1963.

My point is, if BO had to provide some sort of proof of citizenship to serve in his previous public offices, if he used a U.S. passport, the U.S. passport application rules (as currently posted) provide for primary or secondary proof of U.S. citizenship.
Take a look at the secondary proof of U.S. citizenship requirements.
Only a natural born citizen may serve as President according to Article II of the Constitution.
Look at thecodont post...Something stood out to me. Does anything hit you re our earlier conversation? Think reason for 71 visit by SR.
Interesting. This guy seems as though he really has it together.Looks like Hawaii has become little more than Chicago way West.
I was just on the Vince foster thread. I believe Obama and the Clintons each thought they had MAD (mutually assured destruction), but in the end Obama had something, someone, who could take the Clintons down for murder, for which there isn’t any statute of limitations.
I am not sure what is red flag in the requirements.
But red is the appropriate color.
1971 is not only the ‘Great Global Dunham/Obama Family Reunion’. It is also when records to support what ever version of the past was needed were likely altered/created to achieve the goals of that Great Reunion.
So they probably needed SR for all sorts of signatures/affidavits, etc. during the period.
And with a child who is ‘in trouble’ and needs some altered paperwork - judged and clerks will allow document manipulation to get to the desired result.
Think about it - almost any kid from Indonesia could have come back in 1971. By the time they were done with the documents in Hawaii any one of millions of foreigners could have been from a country that the US just helped overthrow could have come to the US.
He then picks up his mentoring from one Frank Marshall Davis - known Communist affiliate and friend of one Vernon Jarret - another known Communist from Chicago and mother-in-law to current chief adviser Valerie Jarret.
Nope....no RED flags here.
Hawaii believes that the future of vacationers to the state will be only upper level democratic socialist members.
In the new Socialist America with the elimination of the middle class it would mean a near destruction of the current mainland visitors.
So its not overly complicated to see why Hawaii is taking such a strong defensive stance to hide anything that will be damaging to Obama. With such a depressed economy their only future economic salvation is to create a socialistic vacation paradise. Less visitors but wealthier. especially Federal employees.
What is that and where did it come from?

“INS DOC FOUND: U.S. CERTIFICATE ISSUED TO ONE EAST AFRICAN-BORN CHILD OF U.S. CITIZEN IN 1961!
“IMPLICATIVE DISCOVERY: A government document found buried in the online reference section of a Boston Public Library archive bolsters a growing mountain of evidentiary data against Barack Obamas constitutional eligibility to be president. The document indicates that a consular officer issued a single certificate of statutory citizenship, within the time frame including August 4, 1961, to a child born to a U.S. citizen between July 1st and December 31st, 1961 in the Kenyan region of Africa. The record also reveals that the certificate was the only one issued for this specific type of arrival in the U.S. over a span of more than 18 months, among thousands from other parts of the world.”
Remember when that was located...Those on the trail were given little information through FR as there was legitimate fear that it would disappear if we discussed it in public.
Remember being specific instruction NOT to mention Boston/Mass specifically in public. The lawyer doing the research doesn’t post of FR any more.
That being said it was freepers who found it.
“Secondary proof of U.S. citizenship” — yes?
Secondary proof of NON US Citizenship....Yes?
"...The document indicates that a consular officer issued a single certificate of statutory citizenship, within the time frame including August 4, 1961, to a child born to a U.S. citizen between July 1st and December 31st, 1961 in the Kenyan region of Africa. If BO had been issued "statutory" U.S. citizenship, per the quote above, then that would be the basis for his eligibility for the previous two offices he held (Illinois House and U.S. Senate). Remember Alan Keyes was reported to have said in the Illinois Senate race debate with BO that BO wasn't a natural born U.S. citizen, and BO was reported to have replied "I'm not running for President."
So either BO isn't a U.S. citizen of any stripe and he was able to fake his way into office in the Illinois House and the U.S. Senate, or he provided his statutory proof of U.S. citizenship for those offices, but statutory citizenship would render him ineligible for the office of President (as Keyes is reported to have pointed out in the Senate race debate).
Early Public Records
If you were born in the United States and cannot present primary evidence of U.S. citizenship, submit a combination of early public records as evidence of your U.S. citizenship. Early public records must be submitted with a birth record or Letter of No Record. Early public records should show your name, date of birth, place of birth, and preferably be created within the first five years of your life. Examples of early public records are:
Baptismal certificate
Hospital birth certificate
Census record
Early school record
Family bible record
Doctor's record of post-natal care
Early Public Records are not acceptable when presented alone
NOW, let's see how many on the list can BO Provide? Of those he could provide, how many are hidden from view?
Also (I’d forgotten this part) if BO has statutory U.S. citizenship through his mother, wasn’t his mother (under 1961 law) not old enough to pass citizenship to her son?
