I fail to understand how a treaty with a corrupt organization like the UN can simply throw out our rights under the Second Amendment. How can this be constitutional? Could a UN treaty also take away the right of free speech by placing place US Internet and media content under a UN commission? Could the rights of US citizens to speedy trial, trial by jury and our 5th Amendment Rights be similarly signed away by a treaty giving international courts jurisdiction in the US? If the US Constitution and Bill of Rights can simply be signed away by treaties with foreign governments we have no national sovereignty and our whole constitutional system of government can be signed away by whim.

Why would Americans buy 150,000 more guns last month than a year ago? Hot weather...people go boating....boating accidents....people need to restock. Does that answer it?

Even if Obama signs the UN treaty (he says he will), it can't be adopted unless two thirds of the Senate vote for it.It can't be formally "adopted" but it can be imposed by regulation and EO in a second kenyan term with 5 Justices on the Court, including Chief Justice Earl W John Roberts to back it all up.
