Please don’t give up rights for the rest of us. I did the same as this guy when reporting to jury duty and they wanted to search my computer bag and have me go through the magnetometer.
The donut challenged Sheriff said he had been doing this for years and I informed him that he had been violating the 4th Amendment for those years.
He asked my why I was there and I told him it was a requirement of citizenship to report for jury duty when summoned. He then said he just throws out the jury summons. I then told him that was the big difference between the two of us, I obey the laws and he violates them. He gave up and let me through.
Rather than violating our right to move freely through this country by any mode of transportation, the government could simply and CONSTITUTIONALLY forbid any taxpayer money to be expended for anyone here illegally and impose huge fines any business caught hiring illegal trespassers. Turn off the huge freebee magnet and they will not come here.
As for Mud-slime maggots at airports, deport them all as their phony belief system has openly declared war on Western Civilization. We are at war declared by Islam and the enemy should be paying the penalty not every REAL American surrendering their rights.

I’m with you MP. There are Border Patrol Officers who are under the gun trying to solve this problem. If my cooperation helps law enforcement, then that is the right thing to do. I don’t mind proving that I’m an American Citizen. Hell I’m proud of it!!!!!
The video appears to be from different occasions. The guy is wearing the same shirt to give the appearance it is the same.
It’s a simple “yes or no” question is he a US citizen. The last I looked, Arizona is being invaded my Mexican illegal immigrants.
And if this guy was really in a rush, he would say ‘Yes’ and he would be immediately on his way.
These checkpoints are horrible. The guy was held up for 30 minutes in traffic to ask whether he was illegal... twice in one day! (Same checkpoint?) I assumed that the Arizona laws that were passed were to check the illegal status of people who were lawfully stopped and suspected of a crime...
I might be quoting the ACLU, but enough is enough.. If stopped, ask: Why was I stopped, am I being detained, am I free to go.... politely refuse to be searched without cause.

I have a stupid question, why are we harassing the American public to "find illegal alliens" if they're just going to be released anyway? Or, is this just another example of government efficiency at work?
There are better ways of doing this than by using Federal goons to stop an require citizens to show their papers, not to mention answer some stupid yes or no question. Do you really expect that to get the illegals out of America?
A better way would be for the State police to have a means to check via a driver's license check, work related checks, public service checks and etc. Don't forget that now, the Feds will not even accept illegal allien referrals from Arizona anyway...

The first thing I would ask him is, “am I under arrest?” If he said no, I would continue on my way. If he said “yes”, I would get out of my car, put my hands behind my back and say, “lets go”.
These guys are doing this on orders from the Federal Goverment. Purpose is to get Americans upset at being asked to prove their citizenship. It’s a game. This guy who made the video is part of the play.

Didn’t you hear about the border patrol stations being shut down, Napolitano and Obama giving the order for ICE agents to no longer cooperate with Arizona law enforcement. What about Obama unilaterally giving amnesty to hundreds of thousands of illegals?
So you’re okay if YOUR constitutional rights are trampled upon? Okay with having to produce your papers on demand? YOU are the citizen. Why should YOU be the one forced to prove your citizenship?
