What doesn’t make sense, though, is that this document came directly from the HDOH. They had Virginia’s real death certificate. It seems crazy that they would paste in something from a different DC when they’ve got the real one right there.

We have all been focused on a myriad of technical details. They are not the main event here.
The simple fact of the matter is that Team Obama's lawyer received NO DOCUMENT from the HIDOH.
She was given digital data abstracted from files in the HIDOH records. That's what the HIDOH has said from day 1. It was a a CD, or perhaps a "stick."
That was clearly NOT WHAT WAS GIVEN TO THE PUBLIC. What was given to the public had to be created by Team Obama, passing it of as a "copy" of a BC on file.
That is all one needs to know. They Got "A." They made up and handed out "B." This is the steaming dung heap everyone is tip-toeing around so gingerly. It doesn't matter in the least what is, or is not on it the fake "copy.". That's because it is not what it purports to be ... and we have no idea of the digital data that was received from HI, from which it was created.
