I have to agree with his statement, “It’s not the Supreme Court’s job to protect the people from the consequences of their political decisions” It was clarified as a tax, leaving liberals no where to hide on the issue. Every single one of them voted for the world's biggest tax hike ever, as well as intruding the federal government into private lives. Probably the biggest gift to the TEA Party ever given - now we need to hound every congresscritter into destroying this piece of junk.

Wrong....We're a Constitutional Republic---A nation of Laws, not a Democracy.
Roberts must have been threatened......the only thing that makes sense.
