Wrong....We're a Constitutional Republic---A nation of Laws, not a Democracy.

If Roberts was threatened and did nothing but cower and surrender instead of standing strong on his convictions and going to the press or proper authorities he was never fit to sit on the supreme court.

The only thing that makes sense is that john roberts is a flaming liberal put on the court by another flaming liberal, both disguised as conservatives. It’s that “lesser evil” thing.

If we were a pure democracy, Obamacare would have never become law, since polls have consistently show that a strong majority of Americans oppose it.
