Since it is self-evident that they are a person, my first act as President, after having sworn the oath, will be to publish a presidential finding to that effect.
My second act will be to ask for the resignation of anyone in the executive branch who will not act accordingly.
My third act will be to order the closing of every abortion facility in the country, as per the explicit, imperative requirement of the Supreme Law of the Land.

The explicit requirement of the Fourteenth Amendment is that the unborn be given due process of law before they can be killed, not that they must never be killed under any circumstances.
Due process of law in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment context means a fair trial on a capital offense. Can you explain to me how an unborn child could possibly commit a capital offense?
Abortion is a travesty, but people should not rush to the even greater travesty of a police state in order to put an end to it.

Perot was fiscal conservative at a time that I was Pro-Choice.

A presidential finding is distinct from an executive order. The former spells out the president’s understanding of what his duty requires. The second instructs those under his authority in what they must do to carry out the law.

I thought at moment of conception life starts, human being is forming and living being, and is already a person, small yes, but growing and is a person and after 9 months and serious amount of pain, a person is brought to world with happiness of husband and wife.
