Tom Hoefling: "I will shut down every abortion facility in the country"
Tom Hoefling for President 2012 ^ | June 11, 2012 | Tom Hoefling

Posted on 06/11/2012 9:17:17 AM PDT by EternalVigilance

"All officers of government in this country, in every branch, at every level, have as the first obligation of their sacred oath the protection of all innocent lives within their jurisdiction.

Should I be elected to the office of President of the United States, I will keep my oath.

Justice Blackmun, in Roe vs. Wade, admitted that “of course” the child in the womb is protected by the Fourteenth Amendment, if they are a person.

Since it is self-evident that they are a person, my first act as President, after having sworn the oath, will be to publish a presidential finding to that effect.

My second act will be to ask for the resignation of anyone in the executive branch who will not act accordingly.

My third act will be to order the closing of every abortion facility in the country, as per the explicit, imperative requirement of the Supreme Law of the Land.

'No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law.'

'No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.'”

Because they are gutless cowards and the majority of citizens usually get the government they deserve. Need more elaboration?

Of course not. Neither would I escise out those passages regarding slavery. However, when was the last time someone used the Preamble in an argument before the Supreme Court?

To end my confusion, you are claiming that you don’t jump on threads like this very one, to promote voting for Mitt Romney, and that your posting history that I am reading does not reflect that?

Which other candidate besides Mitt Romney would it “delight” you for someone to vote for?

Anyone who helps Obama get reelected is a traitor.

And in your emotionally-charged (il)logic, anyone who doesn't vote for Romney is "helping" Obama get elected and is therefore a traitor.

That is classic entitlement mentality at work. You think Romney, being a Republican, is entitled to any vote that isn't Obama's.

Watch who you're calling "a traitor" here, because I suspect by your definition, it includes Jim Robinson. And me.

Looks to me like you're having a temper tantrum, stomping your foot, and shreiking because not every conservative buys into the same BS and fuzzy math that you do.

That was a rhetorical question. So how does that change if EV becomes President. Remember he can’t rule by decree, even if he wants to.

You are grossly misinformed, ignorant or a troll.

So.. you pick out one instance so all abortion clinics are the same as the article?

My girlfriend is a nurse anesthetist and I know what paperwork and other procedures she has to go through to remain compliant with state and federal regulations and I know what operating room procedures she has to run through also..I also know hospitals routinely get cited and the chops busted for messing up and people still get infections no matter what precautions are taken-it happens.

TBH, I don't know about abortion mills but I would guess they have the same regulations as regular medical facilities.

What I was referring to was the poster comparing abortion mills to some dirty inner city hole in the wall eatery that fails the health check which I highly doubt most are...maybe some are.

BTW; I have always been against abortion.

Good Lord man, you don’t know about the stunning conservative victories of 2010.

You think that Reagan was proabortion.

During the last five years you remained unaware that Mitt Romney was trying to create the myth that “Reagan was adamantly pro-choice”.

You confused a description of Santorum’s political history with netmils.

I can see why you are a romneybot.

If you think that the president is without the means to faithfully execute the laws, then you should read about how Presidents Eisenhower and Kennedy desegregated some of the schools in this country. I believe Tom is prepared to disagree with the opinion of the Supreme Court. I believe Tom feels that it is the obligation of the president to comply with the directives of our founding documents (the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution) and I believe Tom feels that a president is not authorized to delegate his obligation to comply with those directives to the Supreme Court or to anyone else.

Really? Then why do private groups do stings on them to show how filthy some are and how medical waste is mishandled?

I never said they were all in compliance. Even many hospitals and doctors offices are are not complaint and some do fall through the cracks.

Stop doing drugs and then perhaps people will listen.

Boy, that's a really strong argument! Hurling insults is so intelligent -- it tells a lot about the ABO mindset and the strength of its position.

The Preamble has been used more times than one could count in argument and cited numerous times by SCOTUS as evidence of origin, purpose and scope.

I’ve asked you multiple times, who was elected president in 2010?

This is presidential politics, not Congress or local elections.

You do know the difference dont you?

Abortion is important to you but not to most Americans..Even people who say they are against abortion don't really give a hoot about it TBH. It's not an important issue in elections to most people. Last I checked only 6% of conservatives thought it should be a significant election issue-#1 issue in an election. It's still jobs and size of gov't. #1 issues.

I don't set my priorities by poll. I do it by prioritizing with consistent regard for the moral and constitutional premises of our country.

It's the folks who do set their priorities that way that have us in the mess we're in.

And we're not going to get out of the mess by following such unprincipled followers.

Do you care at all that more innocent people were brutally done away with in this country TODAY than were murdered by the terrorists on 9-11-2001?

What are the other planks of your campaign other than this one hit wonder?

I have a twenty year track record as a Reagan conservative, pro-life, pro-family, pro-constitution, pro-RKBA, pro-fundamental tax reform, pro-secure borders, pro-national sovereignty, peace through strength activist.

My platform is here.

You didn't answer my question at all, so here it is again:

Would you agree that this is the most pro-death, pro-abortion, pro-Marxist, pro-muzzie, anti-free enterprise, anti-American, anti-free enterprise, destructive and divisive administration ever?

A vote for a third party candidate is no different then jumping off a cliff. It will accomplish nothing except make you feel better until the abrupt stop occurs.

You simply REFUSE to think things through, don't you? As if working to give a majority mandate to a documented liberal isn't the same as jumping off a cliff?
