The Obama Administration has arranged to providefree of chargeseveral customized special-operations military vessels to the Government of Kenya, U.S. Trade & Aid Monitor has learned. Finalization of those plans came exactly one week prior to todays explosion in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi.
Although officially it remains unclear whether the blast was the result of a utility problem or the work of terrorists, Reuters reports that a witness saw a man place a suspicious package in business-district building right before the explosion.
The U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command is awarding a noncompetitive sole-source contract to United States Marine Incorporated (USMI) of Gulfport, Miss to provide five (5) 11M Naval Special Warfare Rigid Inflatable Boats, according to a presolicitation notice that NAVSEA upload to a federal contracting database May 21.

Thank goodness we’ve found a good use for our budget surplus.
Wait, you mean we don’t have a surplus and our borrowing money to give away to other countries?
What could possibly go wrong?
Why Kenya, of all places?
Because they could sell the boats on the black market and make a lot of money?
Oh, Barry was born there according to his bio. Don’t tell anybody. They will call you crazy.
Preezy Choom B is outfitting his home country quite nicely.
They’re getting these from Obama? So this must mean that Obama is reimbursing the US Treasury out of his own pocket for these gifts to his homeland.
5 of 'em, right?
One for each member including BO
Gotta protect the Kenyan shores from Jerome Corsi and any other subversives who might come ashore after BO’s Kenyan birth certificate.
Oh, wait a minute...
Did GWB do these type of things also???
where does Obama’s power stop???
WHY DO WE PAY FOR AND HAVE A CONGRESS?
NOTE FROM THE EDITOR: The reference to Kenya as “the former home nation” of President Obama has been removed. The Monitor acknowledges this lapse in judgment, and intends to

Let me get this straight we gave them inflatable combat boats which to them would amount to rubber ducks in a bathtub and it makes news ?
I wonder if you can still get those ww 2 Willy’s surplus jeeps or maybe some fallout shelter 1920’s tins of survival hard candy if you can would it be worthy of the media’s scrutiny ?
Now if we were giving away WMD’s it would be worthy of print but this media would never touch it with a ten foot pole unless of course a Real American President were in the white house then it would be a full blown front page spread with 10 pages of following script ....And of course it would be all bad real or made up !
Having had the great pleasure of working with the Kenyan Navy as an advisor, I find this of no big deal. They will likely be able to handle their duties. Question is how are they planning to deploy these fairly small craft.
Could be worse. Over the years we have taken a basic sheep herder and stuck him in the seat of a $30 Mil, Mach 1.6, jet aircraft and expected him to get it off the ground and return in one piece.
Congrats to the folks over at USMC Gulport. They are a respected small boat builder. Saved several peoples jobs....
LoL.
“free of charge”????
Preparing for exile I see
Could be that it is another payment for shutting off any and all inquiries as to Obama’s birth. This could be an ongoing game by Kenya. It fits into the incidents of sending two cargo ships to Kenya for relief purposes. One was hijacked for a few days but the Seals came to the rescue/recovery. How long will this hush money from USA taxpayers go on so as to provide booty for another African swindle operation?
