It already IS an [expensive] Oklahoma law suit. It is not with other states. It is the amendment to the OK Constitution and the law the people tried to pass recently regarding Sharia law. Fields explained to my friend that if the law regarding defining life had passed, it would right away be challenged in court and would be a further expense to the burdened Oklahoma taxpayer. He is not suggesting we put it off indefinitely. He is saying there is another way to do it, as I understand it...by state question/amendment by the people to the Constitution.

I had thought he was a RINO too, but I’ve been following his voting record, and I’m not satisfied that that is what is going on in this instance.

Note TEXOKIE's comments. Lawsuits against good conservative laws (all kinds) passed by state legislatures are immeditiate issued (is that the right word?) not only by non-gov institutions and organizations, but by the fedgove as well. Insanity reigns...
