On the full 911 tape when the person said, “We don’t need you to do that.” (after asking if he was following Trayvon and Zimmerman responded, Yes), Zimmerman clearly said OK. And it was not a directive....keep an open mind....

I don't even think Mr. Zimmerman phoned "911", per se. I thought it was some other non-emergency number and the responder was not law enforcement.

Therefore, whatever it was that the responder told Mr. Z it had no force of law one way or the other. Maybe someone has the facts on this.
