The real question is how you find a jury who hasn’t been spoon-fed a tremendous amount of information over the issue...either one way or another. I think you’d almost have to look for a dozen folks who are obsessed with CSPAN or the Shopping Network...and that’s the only TV they watch all day.
The more this loser feeds to his PR team, the more desperate he looks. Can he possibly understand law well enough to know there is no case?
According to the story, the money was from donations to his PayPal account. I certainly hope the Martin attorney hopes to get paid, and expects that Zimmerman’s attorney wishes to get paid as well.
Misled? This whole case is about being misled. The media took a juvenile delinquent, gold-grilled, jewelry thieving, miscreant and tried to turn him into an innocent lamb. That’s misled!
I was just thinking that if Zimmerman was in jail and had no internet connectivity its entirely likely that he had no idea if there was any money in a paypal account for him.
Once he was released he found out and asked his attorney what to do at that point.
As for the Martin’s Race Baiting attorney... I hope he gets sued into sack cloth once this whole debacle is over.

Donated aid is for legal defense not bond or anything else. Zimmerman presumably has no source of income, had to move and go into hiding because of the barrage of threats and this jerk has the nerve to say he lied about not having money? The money in any fund is not his to do with as he pleases.
Did O’Mara leak the story about the money? If so, it might be nothing more than a trap for Crump. If Zimmerman didn’t know about the money at his bond hearing, then he’s in the clear. O’Mara might have just leaked the story knowing the despicable Crump would start spewing off at the mouth- and end up looking ridiculous.

Every time I read the latest demand from the Martin family lawyer or black activists, I ask is that really the way they want blacks to be treated when they shoot somebody? Because I’m quite certain black activists like Sharpton agitate for the “civil rights” of blacks accused of crimes.
I remember when I represented myself to get custody of my youngest daughter. My ex’s attorney would bring up all this irrelevant stuff and actually got pretty overtly irritated in court when the judge would tell her so. She really pissed off the judge.
I won.
Looks like the same thing may happen here.
I think it would be a hoot if it got thrown out on May 8th, which I believe is very possible. The riots that would follow would not be a “hoot”, however.

FL has a very strict 30 day no contact rule regarding lawyers contacting people regarding civil cases.
Did this lawyer contact the martin famil? Is this person license to practice law in FL? Has the FL Bar investigated?
I he is making legal representations the he is practicing law even if it is not in the courtroom.

The 90 year old war veteran husband was beaten and his jaw broken. He was shot in the face numerous times with a BB gun and sent to the hospital in critical condition.
The 85 year old partially blind wife was RAPED and then BEATEN TO DEATH.
Can you just imagine the pain, the humiliation, the horror that dear old lady experienced being gang raped by that pack of feral animals?
(the autopsy states she was raped. Don’t think all of these animals didn’t all participate)
And can you imagine the pain, the horror of that dear old husband having to witness this?
There’s a lot more involved here than a home invasion and robbery.
