I remember when I represented myself to get custody of my youngest daughter. My ex’s attorney would bring up all this irrelevant stuff and actually got pretty overtly irritated in court when the judge would tell her so. She really pissed off the judge.
I won.
Looks like the same thing may happen here.
I think it would be a hoot if it got thrown out on May 8th, which I believe is very possible. The riots that would follow would not be a “hoot”, however.

I won’t shed a tear if a bunch of thugs get shot up. Most of the country won’t react the way LA did during the Rodney King debacle.
