The law makers of South Carolina are as responsible as the perps.
They are the ones who make it illegal to CCW in a dining establishment that sells alcohol. The perps KNEW everyone leaving that Applebee’s was defenseless.
I have been saying that this law would result in tragedy for YEARS. Well, here it is.

The laws that limit WHERE you can carry need to be abolished, and replaced only by laws that prescribe that you be as sober to carry a gun in public as you need to be to drive a car.
