This is mentally conditioning the kids for sometime in the future when they may be told by the gvt to board the buses to relocate. The mass will not see it as a problem because they will have been doing something similar since kindergarten.
Yup. Meanwhile the parents will do if they’re told if they want to see their kids.
I dated a Serbian woman who says this is one of the methods the UN or NATO used to “evacuate” Serbs from non Serbian areas of their country. Put the kids on a bus and send them to a holding area, when the parents call wondering where their kids are they were told that if they wanted to see them they would need to get on another bus. It was all done in the name of safety and security.
I don’t disagree with the conditioning aspect of this as concerning, but as my recent post indicates I do think there is same validity to it.

It does sound a lot like cattle cars. You tell them that they’re going to a ‘safer’ place, and they hop right in.
