Neither the long form or short form were ever legally confirmed as genuine. A jpg and a PDF mean nothing. The birth notice in the Honolulu paper doesn’t list a place of birth, so it proves nothing, and it doesn’t not preclude the child from having been born outside of Hawaii.

New evidence from Zullo of the Maricopa investigation reveals that the Hawaiian newspaper announcements of birth included children who were born outside Hawaii, children who were 3 years old at the time of the announcement and other examples that reject the notion that these announcements could somehow be held as proof that Obama was born in Hawaii.

Hawaii had for 3 years denied that there was a lfbc on file, and then said there was something half-typed and half hand written. Was that what was released on April 27th of last year?

Secondly, Zullo (lead investigator for Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse) can demonstrate that foreign births were also placed in those newspaper announcements as well as 3 year olds that were regiatered as newborns in HI andsubsequently oublished in the newspaper announcements. Which leads to the suspicion that Obama was indeed foreign born.
