No I don’t wonder at all. He made it clear why in that he did not want to spend taxpayer money on what looked like a politically motivated investigation. Now he has probable cause and he can use his own detectives and powers.
He can do a number of things now using state resources that would have been inadvisable to do before. He’s playing the game perfectly.
But how he is playing the game is not the issue, it is the evidence he has revealed and the MSM reaction to it that is at issue.

Joe was used by Corsi to make a buck. You really think anyone is going to think this was a fair and impartial investigation? Really?
