WTF? 5,300 people voted in a state? This is on the same level as the other states? Give me a break

And organization/resources of your campaign and it's supporters.
Huh? Isn’t the Mormon down in both counts? Lower votes and lower %?
Maine doesn’t matter. The keep sending those liberal women to D.C. to represent them because they are too lazy or ignorant or both to find decent representation.
Perhaps this primary season will finally make it abundantly clear that several of these media-hyped “contests” simply don’t matter to the rest of the nation.
If its only Willard and Ron Paul it wont matter if Dr Paul gets VA
hes not going to win any more or very few...
2nd and 3rd place does win some delegates in some states but he wont get the nomination...
Its too bad Willie Mitty got Maine..though he got Maine last time..
In 2008 out of 5,491 votes
Willie got 2,837 51.67%
McCain got 1,176 21.42%
Ron Paul got 1,002 18.25%
Huckabee got 318 5.79%
Convention is in May where delegates to the national convention are voted for. My wife and I will be attending our first state convention. We were there for Santorum today.
Ron Paul will be very well represented at the convention. While more voters caucusing preferred Mitt, Ron Paul supporters made a greater effort to be selected as delegates to the state convention. I have a feeling that Paul will do better in all of the caucus states at the national convention than reported on election night based on what I saw today.
Romney and Paul attended our caucus this morning. I don’t recall a candidate ever giving Maine a second thought
He simply cannot be considered a winner with 39%. This is not election to a single member district.
What these things are about is a test of your base popularity among Republicans. No candidate who only garners 39% Republican popularity is a LOSER ~ you got to bust 50% at a minimum.

Yeah,,theres a good plan,,keep losing till I find a state I can win in,,,Is that the “STATE OF DENIAL”?
NO NEWT NO!!!
Go back to the couch.Pelosis lonely.
Lots of Republicans voting for "none of the above."
His propaganda arm tells us in advance what a great guy he is and how much he is needed ~ and then he gets 10% (actually less) out to vote for him.
And Washington County did not caucus today due to the snow storm.
Look. My personal feelings about Newt aside, I have the utmost respect for his supporters and they do make some good arguments. But right now, Santorum leads Nationally among GOP voters. Newt is 3rd or 4th depending on the poll. Santorum’s favorability is around 65%. Newt and Mitt are under water. 55-60% of Newt’s voters would vote for Santorum. Around 30% would vote for Mitt.
Wanna stop Mitt? Newt gets out and supports Santorum
I will vote in the fall, but there isn’t a one of the current crop of candidates worth voting for.
From what I read, Romney got 8 and Paul got 7, with 6 more not decided until later, but they will go to either Paul or Romney.
aparantly Willard got 20 last time for his 51% and Ron Paul got 1
but take heart Willard dropped out 2 days after Super Tuesday...
that day he won Massachusetts, Montana (caucus), Utah, Minnesota, Colorado, North Dakota, Alaska)
He came 2nd in West Virginia, Illinois, New York, Arizona, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, California
he came 3rd in Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Maryland, Washington
He got no Southern fly over states where all we’n severely Cracker Conservatives live...
Technically, what Santorum won this week was a straw poll, no delegates awarded.
AS much as I love Santorum (and think he is worth it), I can’t argue too much with that. It would be a rough row for Rick to hoe but at least I would be voting for a Conservative. I would vote for him in a heartbeat. The rest ... it’s 3rd Party or write in for me.
Hey some of those severely cracker conservatives are my neighbors....Gun range on one side and church quarter of mile away.
Romney is keeping Santorum in to split the votes.
Santorum has no money, no organization, and zero chance of beating Obama.
