I was going to ask for suggestions.

I think some electronic motion sensors, motion sensitive lighting and a couple of good dogs would go a long way towards making parasites like this move on to an easier target.

I can look up and down my block and see a good 50% are active duty or retired military. No cops but do have a few medical workers.

Between us we can arm the whole block.

Most outsiders will be pretty hungry after a week. Good luck getting into our neighborhood.

It would take a little more organization than the rabble in the projects could muster.
