If this is true, then it provides substantive reason to why many simply loathe the GOP. How many times have these RINOs sold us down the river? During Clinton. During Obama. They are less than worthless. There is a reason they are called “establishment” Republicans, and here is a perfect example of them, once again, backing down so the status quo can live on.

How does he stop him from filing perjury charges? If boehner does this he should be stripped of his speakership. I don't believe it, what does he get out of it? It's ridiculus!

There is going to be a poop storm of epic proportions over this. My advise to the people involved: Run and hide in the deepest darkest hole you can find. I don’t condone violence but this is going to result in it. There are a huge amount of people really pissed off over this and someone is going to see Justice done.
As for me, I’m just going to take every opportunity to run cases up to SCOTUS in order to strip power from the Government on firearms.
I’m also going to actively work to have Boehner removed.

He can halt or slow impeachment proceedings, but he can be overruled. If this story is true, Boehner would be extremely unpopular.
