I’m not so sure about that. A terrorist attack here wouldn’t be aimed at our military capability. Morelike our financial system, power center, key infrastructure, etc.
When you consider that the food supply in almost every urban area is only a week deep (without infrastructre resupply), the civil unrest potential is enormous.
