n less than sixty minutes, the tiny nation of Iran could easily defeat two of the mightiest military powers in the world if they are allowed to engage in a first strike opportunity against both of those nations. This is not some far-fetched idea as U.S. and Israeli military planners are keenly aware of the implications of an Iranian attack which catches both nations off guard. The problem is not one of strategy or ability by either nation. The military units of both nations could easily defeat the Iranians in a nuclear or conventional war. However, Iran is not a conventional nation-state nor is the modern concept applicable to the confrontation which is coming.
If Iran were to attack, it would be the ultimate one shot use it or lose it approach to all strategic, conventional, and non-conventional forces.

Preppers’ PING!
ping
Our forces would go through Iran like a hot knife through warm butter.

Is this supposed to be serious? Some terrorists attack and the U.S. is defeated? Nonsense.
The “tiny” nation of Iran? It’s the 18th largest country in the world.
Shivers!
I’m not too worried.
It looks to me like the Israelis have things under control.
Their ability to assassinate Iran’s scientists tells me they’ve got a lot of peeps on the ground there.
Intense video!
If Iran were to attempt a first strike against a US interest, we would blow them to hell several times over. Lots and lots of rubble/Trinitite where their cities and military installations used to be. Of course, with 0bama, we might be disappointed with his threshold for what we consider to be an adequate response.
Oh, don’t be discouraged. /s
He will want to negotiate even more.
If Iran outright bombs us and or Israel they would be vaporized in minutes. I see more of a “it wasn’t us” dirty bomb, hoping it gets blamed on terrorist. Maybe get a few countries to support them and want us and or Israel no to retaliate.
Appreciate the ping however, although it ‘looks’ like a scenario that may happen....it will not. At least not with Israel. We may be blown off the map but Israel will not be as they are under the Hand of God. He will allow only so much and then will step in where ‘she’ is concerned.
The rest of us...best make sure we are right with our Creator and have repented of our sin.
1). Recently launched satellite, possible EMP attack, disables US.
2). Iranian destroyer and supply ship dock at Jeddah. About equidistant from Israel and Riyahd. Two short cruise missile strikes
3). From that position holds capitols in Europe hostage, preventing retaliation.

...So long, Mom,
I’m off to drop the bomb,
So don’t wait up for me.
But though I may roam,
I’ll come back to my home,
Although it may be
A pile of debris.
Remember, Mommy,
I’m off to get a commie,
So send me a salami,
And try to smile somehow.
I’ll look for you when the war is over,
An hour and a half from now!

All we need is a Commander-in-Chief who will give the right orders, and Iran will ... never mind.
“Our forces would go through Iran like a hot knife through warm butter.”
In WWII, how long was it from Pearl Harbor to when we finally invaded Tunesia?
The Commander in Chief will decide what and when our response would be.
