I guess the argument that your dad has to be a US Citizen doesn’t apply any longer. We lose...I guess it’s time to give up this angle. No way is anyone going to rule that he’s not natural born—that would screw up so much stuff they just can’t allow it.

Oh well, so much for that.
Does that mean Rubio and Jindal have nothing to worry about now?

Wonder what the judge was threatened with? The fact that he was born in Hawaii and THEREFORE a natural born citizen makes absolutely no sense.

I knew this was too good to be true. He even let the Kenyan and his attorney the one finger salute. Where the heck did this guy go to school? His Civics teacher should be fired. Even Hussein knows NBC means TWO US CITIZEN PARENTS per his signature on SR511.

I kinda figured - when John Roberts swore in the Kenyan - that even if this NBC issue ever reached the Supreme Court - they would rule for Bammie.
This Georgia judge just made their job easier.

From the little I gather, the judge cited the Indiana Ankeny opinion that was not introduced in his court, and it is an atrocious opinion piece.

This is so much a pathetically bad ruling considering the circumstances involved, I'm just LMAO in pure disgust!
