I told my wife last night that I am about finished with the Republican Party. They used to be conservative, but now, they are the lapdogs of the RAT Party. As long as the RATS invite them to all of the "better" Georgetown Cocktail Parties, the Repubilcan Elites are more than willing to sell us minions down the river.

I firmly believe that the RAT Party is now the Extreme Left-wing Socialist Party, the GOP is now what used to be the Democrat Party, and there is need for a home for those of us who are conservative and wish to restore our Representative Republic as established by the Founding Fathers. And no, Ron Paul and the libertarians are not that home!

The GOP Elites are cramming Mittens down our throat and that will guarantee a second JugEars Term. What will remain after 2016 is anybody's guess, but it won't be what used to be the USA.

Romney would have a lot more credibility if he admitted that Romneycare, which was the model for Obamacare, was a costly mistake that drove up health care costs and did little to address the problem of the uninsured.

Mark Steyn is always a great read, and in some cases, prescient. A while back he said that Republicans were like the Conservatives in Europe, who never undo a new Socialist law, just claim they can “make it more efficient”.
