I just got off the phone with Dean Haskins who was in the courtroom this morning assisting with the Art 2Pac live stream. Judge Malihi talked to the attorneys in chambers before the hearing this morning and told them that he was going to enter a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against Obama and recommend that Obama's name not be on the Georgia ballot! All of the attorneys expressed a desire to put an abbreviated streamlined case on the record and the judge agreed.
How does the mainstream media spin this?
The Georgia SOS has already indicated that he will follow the judge's recommendation. That means that Obama will not get any popular vote or electors from the great state of Georgia!
Congratulations to all freedom-loving Americans!
OBAMA ELIGIBILITY HEARING TO BE STREAMED LIVE STARTING AT 0900 EST
I thought it deserved its own posting.
For more details see the referenced thread above.
Is this 100% reliable true information?
Thanks, justlurking.
That judge had better have some protection. God bless him.
I’ll believe it when all is said and done...it’s not..and it just doesn’t strike me this is going anywhere except as a record...certainly will not keep Obam from running...he’s like the TEflon King Clinton....no matter how it plays out his base and followers wil think he still smells like a rose.

Unless I'm mistaken, this was to keep Obama off of the primary ballot, not the general election ballot. If this is correct (and I won't believe it until I see it confirmed from reliable sources), the default judgement may not have any impact on that, depending on what the judgement actually says.
Yes! It is 100% reliable.
If there was no acceptable basis for the case, the judge could have easily dismissed the suit.
So can a person just leapfrog over the primary process then? I mean, if a person can't have their name on a primary ballot, how in the world are they allowed to have their name appear on the ballot for the general?
happy feet.....I gotz happy feet.....dancin on the ceilin in my happy feet.......happy feet..I gotz happy feet
Alright TEXAS, OKLAHOMA and AZ.
Don’t just stand there — join GA.
I know the people referred to in this report.
Same way someone who loses a state’s primary can still be on the ballot if they win their party’s nomination.
All I’m saying is that this whole thing will be re-fought, and the specifics of this judgment may or may not influence that, depending on how it’s presented.
That is, if the judgment simply says that Obama failed to contest his removal from the ballot, then that means nothing for the next round. If the judgment says Obama should be removed because he is ineligible, then it would weigh heavily against Obama in the next challenge.
Starting the stopwatch now. How long till the first character assassination of this judge in the main stream media.
Why can’t this be done for the general election too?
