I remember being in school and getting disgusted when I had the thought that I was smarter than my teacher. Not a good situation when you lose that respect.
As a parent I would be in this “teachers” face asking it about every crime that the marxist in chief committed. I’d request a class debate btwn me and the teacher. I would punk this teacher in any way I could in the most public way possible.
I would advise you to contact the principal and the school board immediately.
This teacher has crossed a very dangerous line.

In addition, don't feel like you have to list all the specific examples of diversity in your family. We don't have to have diverse family members to qualify as non-racist.
And tell your daughter there is no way to prove that she is not racist, and if the teacher insists she do so, the lawyer will be able to help with that.

If she said a lot of people voted for him because they wanted to vote for the first black president, that's not a racist statement, rather a statement claiming others may have voted because of his skin color, not necessarily his policies, which he never really articulated fully.
All she has to do is pivot by saying voting for skin color is wrong, opposing anyone for their policies (if she wants to rub it in and infuriate, she says "radical leftist" policies) is fulfilling MLK's I have a dream speech of judging people by their character and not the color of their skin.

Nah. That probably won't get her anywhere.
She should simply dissect the issues and policies she objects to and point out that she would be opposed to them whether they were pursued by Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, Joe Biden, etc.
Which they all are. There's not one issue that President Urkel is shoving down our throats that hasn't been attempted to have been shoved down our throats by a white guy. HillaryCare for instance.
She should also point out that it was Joe Biden, himself, who famously said during one of the DemocRAT debates in 2008 that the job of Presidency doesn't lend itself well to on-the-job training.
Also, it was Hillary Clinton who brought up President Clouseau's ties to slumlord Tony Rezko.

Before your daughter has to say a word, the teacher should first explain whether what your daughter said was true or not ?
Were people excited about electing the first black president ? was he properly vetted ?
Then have her explain why the truth is racist ?

Explain as a conservative, she’s an advocate for minorities. The smallest minority is the individual. If you’re not for individual rights, you aren’t for minorities.
