That kind of forensic analysis only happens if the original is submitted for forensic analysis though. Hawaii is saying that it doesn’t have to honor GA subpoenas. They will never let anybody see the actual original unless every option to say “no” is exhausted and somebody has the balls to make the law stick.
That’s the challenge, because we already know lots of laws that they’re breaking but can’t get any judge or law enforcement to make the laws stick. That’s why this is so very, very much bigger than just Obama himself.
If no one submits original documents for analysis, than how can Obama establish eligibility? Obama, it seems to me, has the power to enable (if not force) Hawaii to release documentation. If he does not, would that be the same thing as you not providing proper documentation for application for a dog license? No one says you HAVE to provide it, but if you don’t - no license.
