Is everyone missing the strategy of this?
It is not on Drudge, but my guess this will talked about on; Imus, Bill Bennett, Wade and Roma, but most of all Boortz.
The Mouth of the South will pontificate on this probably for quite a bit.
I'd give this a couple days to marinate, to see what it does to Willard's numbers.
My guess is the Tea Party types in SC have heard or will hear this am and will they drift away from the Ricks and Dr Kervorkian and throw their weight behind Newt with this quasi-endorsement...

I am so thankful Sarah Palin took her stand for Newt Gingrich! Ive been anticipating this and waiting patiently. Her timing is perfect!Onyx, 1st of many IMHO in terms of payback to Willard.
Newt has talked of totally reinventing the EPA based on cost benefit analysis and common sense. My guess it could be merged with the remains of the Energy Dept when he gets done with them... Hmmm, who might be a good fit for that Cabinet Post :-)....

Of the current field, he would be my choice. That said, whoever gets it, Romney is the only one that would cause me to sit out the presidential election. I cannot bring myself to vote for the guy, even considering the alternative if he loses.

Dont worry about Santorum. Hes not going to be be the nominee. We all need to focus on defeating Romney and supporting Newt. Ron Paul showed last night how irrelevant he is. Even if he drops out, which he wont, his voters wont go to Romney The only possible scam I can imagine is Romney cutting a deal with Paul, and promising to make Rand Paul his veep.****************************
Well said.

Sometimes, people are just not lucky, or so blessed to find true love. I have been married for 25 years, but others are really just not so lucky. Things sometimes just don’t work out, no matter what. Could be an immature marriage, a death, an illness, whatever.
My own poor dad was married FIVE (count ‘em) five times. It just got to be sad at the end. He could not make a woman love him. He’d get into marriage for stars in the eyes foolish reasons, and then it would last about 3 or 4 years, and then just fizzle. No abuse, no cheating ...just no love. He was just seriously unlucky. I felt badly for him at the end, as he eventually died with no one at his side.
So, people, try not to be so judgemental. Perhaps the fact that YOU found someone, and managed to hang onto them was due more to Divine Providence than your own efforts.

So sad about your Dad. “;^(
Amazing that he still believed in marriage!

Since Santorum and Perry have cast their feet in concrete at thr bottom of the harbor, what other choice is there?
Hannity and Limbaugh need to have their tongues removed too.

She’s doing the only thing she can do; what would you have done? The ‘Ricks’ are obviously not going to rise; what else is there?

Yes, Sarah’s actions are clearly strategic, not emotional like most FReepers have become.

***Santorum beat Gingrich in Iowa and did pretty well against him in NH, even though he was outspent.
What I would have done, if I was her? I would have run. That was the first time she disappointed me.

(If you can define a man by the depravity of his enemies, Rick Santorum must be a noble soul indeed.)
