I’m not aware that she’s a Christian with a Christian testimony to share. A politician with a purely political message has no place in the pulpit during Sunday service. Its not proper.
I realize that for a conservative his politics are very much informed by his religious beliefs. But he would not allow a purely political message from the pulpit, even one he agreed with.
For a leftist, his politics is his religion. I understand that in the case of an atheist. In the case of a church, though, it seems that politics has replaced God and no one noticed. Hence Reverend Wright in the pulpit. Hence Valerie Jarret in the pulpit.
