From what I’ve read of George Romney, Mitt’s father it seems to me as though Willard the last of the Romney offspring is seeking to better his Father’s legacy.

Mitt Romney I think seeks the Presidency for all the wrong reasons at a precarious time in the history of the U.S.A.

We don’t need a President wanting to be President, because his Father didn’t become the President. We need a leader that wants to be President, because he see’s, and understands the problems of today, and has the ability to lead this Nation out of the mire, and back to its greatness.

This opinion was formed upon reading Mitt’s Father’s Bio, and reflecting on certain similarities, and failures.

I agree. Mitt's father, George, was a governor (MI) and also ran a corporation, like Mitt.

Problem for George was that he didn't start running early enough and didn't chose to make his name in a state close to the state with the early primary, NH.

I’ve thought that there’s something to his father’s failure that motivates Romney.

At the same time, he could be a narcissist with an extremely exalted view of himself.

It amazes me, though, that on the strenght of a shellacking in a senatorial race and a governorship that he destroyed that Mitt Romney saw a necessity for himself to run for president.

Whatever else he is, he certainly is misguided.
