New Hampshire House of Representatives Members to Hold Press Conference on Obama’s Eligibility

(Jan. 1, 2012) — On January 3, 2012, several members of the New Hampshire House of Representatives will hold a press conference with the primary purpose of informing New Hampshire citizens and registered voters that Barack Hussein Obama may not be eligible to serve as president and therefore should not have his name appear on the 2012 presidential ballot.

The time and place are tentatively set for 10:00 a.m. outside of the Legislative Office Building in Concord.

I would agree with you. When it comes to 0bamao, Constitutional principles seem to go out the window.

It assumes the candidates from the political parties are Constitutionally qualified.

Political parties are nothing more than a private club with their own rules. They are not bound by the constitution. The joint session of congress upon reading the results of the electoral college are supposed to hear objections to eligibility at that time. There is no specified procedure for determining the qualifications to be POTUS other than what is written in the Constitution itself. The issue as I see it is that the Constitution was written by honorable men for honorable men. It was not foreseen that a man with no honor would refuse to offer his credentials of qualifications.

I found an Immigration Law write-up on related matters. Look at the scrutiny an disputed immigrant must face to determine the circumstance of his or her citizenship:

In considering the matter of delayed birth certificates, the Board of Immigration Appeals in the Matter of Serna, held that the delayed birth certificate presented by the petitioner "… may be treated as prima facie evidence of the facts it relates", but that each case must be decided on its own facts with regard to the sufficiency of the evidence presented as to the petitioner's birthplace. This decision re-affirmed the earlier Herrera decision wherein the Board held that the USCIS "…look behind the instrument itself and consider the supporting matter upon which it was issued."

... Federal Court decisions such as Mah Toi v. Brownell, a case involving a proceeding for the declaration of United States nationality, wherein the court held that a California court order establishing birth in the United States was merely prima facie evidence and that presumptions arising from such evidence are rebuttable, not conclusive

On that basis Obama's claims of NBC or citizenship even if based on an official Hawaiian Birth Certificate of any sort, are still contestable! Why? Because of the disputes as to the actual circumstance as to his birth, his father's circumstance and the lack of other evidence proving his birth.

And...Where is the honor among our very highest military, governors, secretaries of state, LEOs, attoneys general, state and federal senators and representatives?

You are right the Constitution was written by honorable men to be upheld by men who honor their oaths to defend it. Obviously their oaths mean nothing to them.

Now after thousands of U.S. soldiers have died, and still in danger, Obama the usurper intends to bring the troops home at the most politically advantageous time for him. (And...Birthers are mocked for insisting on have a natural born citizen for a Commander and Chief? )

By the way.. Rush Limbaugh brags about having an American Flag displayed in his living room. It was presented to him by U.S. pilots. Where was his voice when needed? (By the way, my e-mails to him on this matter were automatically rejected and returned. Others say they could not get past the call screener on the Obama eligibility issue. Still can't. )

This week's argument seems flawed because we would be kicking Obama off the ballot based a technicality stemming from the citizenship of his absentee father, whom he barely even knew.

Horrigan invented NEW & IMPROVED excuses for 0b0z0 to stay POTUS and perhaps reelected! Poor 0b0z0 hardly knew his absentee father (must be according to DFMF written by "Professor Bill Ayers!"

Maybe we should amend the Constitution accordingly! The Horrigan amendment would stipulate that not knowing your father makes eligible to be POTUS. Yeah, that's the ticket.

I suggest that Mr. Timothy Horrible join Team 0b0z0 on these boards, using the "standing insurance policy" until they leave nobody standing in this country.

From what I can gather it is the AG. He is in the tank big time with the Dems.

The only remedy that I can see is to continue to form citizen Grand Juries, at some point one has to make some headway. At the very least we can hope that a Citizen Grand Jury indictment gets challenged in a "real" court and then becomes an appeal potentially to the SCOTUS where at least one Justus has gone on record in support of the "4th" branch of Government.

I recently read a comment on another blog concerning the paternal grandparents and father of Mitt Romney.

The grandparents, being polygamists, fled to Mexico. This is where it gets murky: they either lost their U.S. citizenship due to polygamy and took on Mexican citizenship, OR, sought Mexican citizenship in repudiation of the U.S.A. Etiher way, their son George Romeny was born in Mexico of Mexican parents - he never had U.S. citizenship, dual citizenship, nor naturalized as a U.S. citizen.

This means George Romney committed fraud when running for pollitical offices in the U.S., and his son Mitt Romney is NOT a natural born citizen because his father never naturalized as a U.S. citizen.

Both BHO2 and Mitt Romney have the same identical problem in meeting the Article II requirment to be President.

If anyone has information repudiating this information, please let me know. It is certainly beginning to appear as though a rerun of ineligibles running for President, just as in 2008.

My next project was to look into the NBC status of Mitt. I can tell you this. If we "birthers" attack Mitt it will make the same kind of headlines as when we started in on Rubio. ("Birthers eat their own") It would be fascinating to see how the media treats that tid bit of news. I can't imagine how hard it would be for the NY Times to not publish a story on Mitts' qualifications because it would expose the one....

I believe he is a weak puppet who will acquiesce to whatever Valerie Jarrett demands of him. But he is, more that anything else, a con man for whom personal survival is utmost.

Wouldn’t surprise me if alone, he cut and ran for his bolthole in Kenya. They love him there, and he could believe it safe to resign the Presidency from that nation.

I can't imagine how hard it would be for the NY Times to not publish a story on Mitts' qualifications because it would expose the one....

They will wait hoping that Mitt is the Republican nominee, as they want. They'll have the choice of demanding the removal of Mitt from the ballots of any state that removes 0b0z0!

That's another "you too" answer from 0b0z0, if it ever comes up in a debate as in RomneyCare, abortion, gun control, etc.

I believe that this is one of the major reasons for 0b0z0 and his enslaved media wanting Mitt as the Republican nominee. It neutralizes many negatives leveled at 0b0z0.

I’m not so sure it is that the judiciary has ducked the question of ‘natural born’ as it is just avoiding a recognition that they,judiciary, know what the Founding Fathers meant when they, the Founding Fathers, made the words part of our Constitution after deliberating about it. For any member of the judiciary to make a ruling such wording is un-Constitutional would invite scoff and steps for removal. For those judges that wish for anything other than what the Founders intended it is to their interests to ignore the issue and history, the same as many people today including usurper#1

This is all necessary because the NH SOS is claiming that they HAVE to put a candidate’s name on the ballot as long as they fill out the paperwork and pay the fee. But that’s not what they did with those other 2 candidates who were left off because they weren’t NBC.

Maybe the two applicants who were denied will sue? They certainly have standing.

I lived in Derry and my job required some half assed lobbying of our reps and senators on some telecomm bills at the state house. Even though this was twenty some years ago, I walked away from all of those meetings shaking my head. These meetings are where I came to view pols as hacks and all they wanted to do is sell fundraising tickets or tell me how hard they worked on everything other than my bill.

I have little faith that the state reps are much better today.
