Them thar Five-and-Dime stores of 50 years ago were tricky places, too. They had stuff that cost more than a dime.

Them thar Five-and-Dime stores of 50 years ago were tricky places, too. They had stuff that cost more than a dime. Being a kid that always thought signs told the truth I used to get slightly irritated at 5 and 10 cent stores. Hardly anything in them was less than 15 cents and some items were a lot more, and this was back in the 50s.:)
