Bradley Manning gave all the sensitive intelligence he could to WikiLeaks, which of course outed it all, in stages. The last bit outing -- of the real names of our agents working in hostile countries, against their own governments or terrorist groups which have the favor of the government -- was supposedly an "accident," but that information was outed all the same.
People have been killed, obviously.
Because Bradley Manning was all butthurt or something.

While I am NOT a Paulette, I do think that Mannings actions were overall good for our country, he exposed alot of things that we have been lied to about that the rest of the world already knew about.
This, however, is pretty cut & dried. According to Paul, a "whistle blower" who leaks classified information is some kind of hero if they're disclosing government "wrongdoing." Who gets to make this judgment?
Imagine the extreme damage & chaos if every individual who has access to classified information gets to apply their own interpretations, biases, ideological views and/or values to classified information, and is immune to prosecution if he/she "leaks" it because in their opinion it represents government wrongdoing. Does this guy think about the consequences of what he's proposing?
