Voters don’t like candidates with secret lives. It naturally makes them wonder what else he is keeping secret. Keeping a secret from your spouse who is supposed to be there in complete support just makes it even worse.

Voters don’t like candidates who appear to be a soft touch. It is one thing to give someone a loan or even an outright gift, but to keep doing it many, many times for years and years makes you wonder why the candidate can’t say no, which is what a friend really needs to hear.

“Friends” who asks for money over and over and over without paying it back are not actually friends, but sponges. It is hard to understand why someone would call them a friend, when clearly they are not. If you can’t say no to a so-called friend, then how is this person going to say no to congress or some foreign leader or to special interest groups?

Good points. I just don’t care to draw the same conclusions. I accept that people in government have private lives, and that they are capable of making a distiction between the two when serving.

I’m with you. I now doubt his veracity regarding the other matters, even though I defended him up until yesterday.

We all tend to judge others by ourselves. If you are honest, decent , faithful and loyal you think others are the same as you are until they prove themselves to be otherwise.

If you are devious, selfish , a gossip and tend to sneak around a bit, you think others are the same. Usually others don’t stick around you long enough for you to form a true opinion about hm or her.

These women seem to fall into the latter category.

The only mistake Herman Cain made was in not telling his wife he was helping someone out moneywise. He judged Ginger White by himself.

So Genger took advantage of him!
