Ginger White, who today announced that she had a thirteen-year affair with Herman Cain, was the defendant in a libel suit this year. A judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff, Kimberly Bay, and stated that Ms. White had falsely libeled Ms. Bay. Ms. White reportedly lost the suit because she did not even bother responding to the case.
Ms. Bay had also sought a temporary stalking protective order against Ms. White, citing harassing emails, texts, and defamation of character. This case, however, was dismissed.
When asked about the libel suit in her interview with Fox Five, and why she should be trusted, Ms. White responded, "Well, because I admit it. Whatever happened with Kim and I, um, happened. Just as, what, what, there would make no sense to come out with these allegations against Herman if it absolutely wasn't true."

So why this from Mr. Cain's attorney earlier today?
“Rather, this appears to be an accusation of private, alleged consensual conduct between adults - a subject matter which is not a proper subject of inquiry by the media or the public. No individual, whether a private citizen, a candidate for public office or a public official, should be questioned about his or her private sexual life. The public’s right to know and the media’s right to report has boundaries and most certainly those boundaries end outside of one’s bedroom door.”
As for Cain, he may be a tad loopy. (Just subjecting ones self to this could be argued as loopy)..

The Cain bashers and haters are only following the Demoncrats play book verse for verse. It isn't the legitimacy of the charge but just the seriousness of the allegation is all you need if you are either a liberal or doing the liberals bidding. In that event you need not offer any proof whatsoever, just accuse, accuse, accuse.

You are in denial if you think he isn't guilty as charged. The woman produced cell phone records and the reporter called the number and Cain answered! There were text messages. Thank goodness they didn't tell us what those said! I feel sorry for mrs. Cain. He should have been smart enough to know this would come out.

I’m just trying to put some things together, but I find it interesting that her claim is they started the affair 13 years ago, the same time the other accusers said the instances happened. All while Cain was head of a trade organization.
While I’m not saying this is a conspiracy 13 years in the making, I find how narrow of a window in which these things happened interesting.
It seems there is something wrong with her. The monotone voice is a concern.
