I don't have compelling evidence that the Thermoelectric converter Rossi is the same as the Rossi who was convicted several times in Italy for fraud and is now selling E-Cats.
I have the combination of "Dr. Andrea Rossi" and "Leonardo Technologies" company, which strikes me as a unlikely random occurrence. I will look for a more solid link.
However, this doesn't do anything to rehabilitate Rossi, who definitely was convicted for fraud a number of times in Italy and who is now selling E-Cats.
