I must have missed Newt prefacing his support of Krieble Foundation policy with that. It would seem rather contradictory anyway since their position is we can't secure the border, can't deport XX million Illegals, cant this, can't that,....
The above which you highlighted in bold from #55 is how I have described this "secure the border first" ruse, because it's been used at least since 2007 when Juan McCain used it to divert attention from his history on illegal alien/border issues.
