I support fetal pain legislation

Even to the prohibition of pre-natal surgeries to save the lives of babies?

Imagine...

I don’t think we should make this a battle over which of us has done more for the pro-life cause. The issue is the discussion about Cain being “100% pro-life with nothing to prove”. Well, pro-lifers NEVER take a pro-life position at face value, and ALL politicians have something to prove, through actions.

I’ve been involved in the pro-life movement since I was a teenager (I wonder if anybody here remembers the group “Last Days Ministries”, run by Keith and Melody Green). I’ve done picketing, I’ve done the rallies, I passed out pamphlets, I’ve signed petitions, I’ve lobbied my representatives. I vote pro-life, I write about pro-life issues. But many people have done a lot more than I have. I haven’t done enough for the millions being killed by our pro-abortion policies.

Cain has never held office, so he has no record to judge. We have to look at what he HAS done, to decide how committed he is to pushing pro-life causes. His speeches from June to September suggested he had no interest in pushing pro-life, he was happy to grab the label, but couldn’t articulate what if anything he would DO as President to earn that label. And he still hasn’t done much.

But now he’s signed this pledge, and he has consistantly said he’d appoint pro-life judges, and he did say he’d sign a bill that banned abortion, which actually was in question there for a little while.

Yo are certifiable. Or perhaps you were thinking of Mitt Romney. Romney’s the one who wooed the Log Cabin Republicans, gave one man a life term judgeship to a pro abortion man in Massachusetts, and made it mandatory for all judges to marry gay and lesbian couples in his state when he was g9overnor.

Herman Cai8n has no record with gays what so ever.

Cain said that there were good moderate muslims and he’d be happy to put them in his cabinet.

He also said there were radical muslims, AND radical christians, and he wouldn’t put radical muslims OR radical christians into his cabinet.

And I’d prefer that our kids learn the troubles of muslim civilizations, and that’s what the lesson plan for the Texas course covered. Of course, some people got confused by a federal program run by Obama and thought it was this Texas program; others got confused by a teacher training outline and thought it was the actual course.

And some people got confused and thought Cain would ban mosques, declare islam to not be a religion, and throw all the muslims out of our country.

People the likes of some of you jokers have no real sense of humor at all. Herman Cain is comfortable in his skin, and can make a joke because he is a well rounded person. People with any sense at all love him, and want him for their presid3nt. So run off to Newt or Perry thread and spread your venom there.

He was the spokesperson, they probably were working off the PAC press release, and messed up their pronouns. If you know the truth, and then read the story, nothing in the story is “wrong”, it’s just that the sentence structure is very ambiguous.

I don’t fault people for reading it wrong, that’s why I looked into it, and others looked into it, and got the information, and someone else posted the links to the PAC for those who don’t trust anybody anymore and want to do their own research.

BTW, that is one of the things I really hate about what has happened to FreeRepublic during this campaign season — I don’t feel I can trust what other freepers tell me. THere are a few freepers I trust, but for most I find I really have to go find the links and do all the research myself. It is almost as bad as the mainstream media — it is rare that I take some hit piece by a freeper on a candidate, and find it to be true when I do the research.

It’s why I kind of stopped posting long-winded defenses of candidates. I could do the research, post links, prove my point, but it made no difference, people would ignore the truth, ignore links, and pop up the next day on a near-identical thread spreading the same wrong information.

That is because you live in a different world than a true conservative.

If you knew the true facts about Herman Cain, read “This is Herman Cain”, you would be familiar with how he was successful in everything he has undertaken, and respect his skills so needed in a leader today.

I do not attack. I simply respond to attackers. Liberals always twist the truth out of recognition. You are no exception.

LOL! Liberals, whether Perry, Newt or Romney supporters, lie like an extremely soiled rug.

A counter attack is still an attack.

Let's keep the personal invectives to a minimum, shall we?

“Herman Cai8n has no record with gays what so ever.”

A former staffer for presidential candidate Herman Cain is alleging that the campaign attempted to hide the work of Scott Toomey, the openly-gay treasurer of his political action committee, after Cain supporters expressed concern over his sexual orientation.

Testifying in court to secure unemployment benefits, the former staffer — Kevin Hall — explained that Toomey had a history of financial scandal, but said that pressure from supporters over his sexual orientation led Cain to cover up his involvement:

HALL: A conservative candidate, Mr. Cain is on the record as stating that he believes homosexuality is a sin and a choice. And they know that, if his top adviser, his highly paid adviser, is openly gay that it would cast a negative light on Mr. Cain and would cost him in his efforts to become president. Basically the campaign was trying to cover up the fact that Mr. Toomey was still involved. They asked … me to help them cover up that fact.

The Cain campaign did not dispute the allegation in court and Hall was awarded benefits.

By the sounds of it, you are working professionally with the enemy of the U.S.A. to find or found lies to inflict wounds on Herman Cain. So your word is worth zero!

Anesthesia for Fetal Surgery

Fetal surgery (surgery performed on a pregnant mother to help her baby before it is born) can occur either during the middle of pregnancy or at the end of the pregnancy.

In all cases, anesthesiologists are involved to provide for the comfort and safety of pregnant mothers and their babies.

......................
Apparently Cain doesn’t know that there are anesthesiologists that practice in Fetal Surgery.

Absolutely Cain needs to clarify on the gay people’s right to work. It is the burning issue of this day. It is much more important than jobs, foreclosures, deficits and debt. Way more important than all those trivial issues combined. We need to focus on the gay issue. /S

It can’t be used in every circumstance; it depends on the procedure.

Cain did not put up a million dollars. That’s been thoroughly debunked.

“Mr. Cain, who once managed the Godfather’s Pizza chain and ran unsuccessfully for the Senate from Georgia in 2004, said he was not troubled that Mr. Rooney, who is white, is funding ads using black voices who claim to speak on behalf of the black community.”You don’t have a lot of black billionaires who would want to fund something like this,” he said.”

“Herman Cain has always been 100% pro-life.”

An associate pastor of Antioch Baptist Church North in Atlanta, Cain opposes abortion unless it is to save the life of the mother,” - Atlanta Journal-Constitution Aug. 10, 2003.

YOU LIE!
