I decided to have the usual Place year fun whenever veterans day or memorial day comes around I dress up in my best military costume go to the bar and get all the drinks I want for absolutely nothing it seems that the American sheeple will buy anyone all the drinks they want as long as they feel that they're paying back for the so call freedom they never lost.

I wish the VA would give ALL honorably discharged veterans an ID to validate and verify their service.
I served 10 years with some combat service and only have a DD214 to show for it. I’m not going to pin my medals on my chest and demand free things. I just wish there were better ways to identify and prosecute frauds like this.
Essentially, anyone can claim they served.

Looks like he’s posted a series of various anti-American screeds.

As long as the VA I.D. card was voluntary (you don’t HAVE to carry it except to places where you want to easily show that you are a veteran) I think that would be a good idea.
As for that article, I have no problems with peaceniks per se — people who wish there were no war in the world. I have big problems with peaceniks who cast mockery upon the services. To paraphrase Teddy Roosevelt (whose name was adopted for the toy bear because he very decently refused to shoot a captive bear for a photo-op) it’s because of the Big Stick that America can Speak Softly and still get results.

I'll bet they do as much with him as they do the millions of illegals who hvae invaded us.
He just needs about 10 cans of wup-ass applied to show him this is unacceptable behavior.

I did 10 not 20.
I believe you only get an ID card if you retire after 20, are in the reserves/guard or are disabled.

He’d better do his homework. Vets are pretty observant people and I’d hate to be in his shoes if he screwed up his “costume” or his story and exposed himself as a fraud. I believe the only drinks he’d be getting at that point would be those he could sip thru a bendy hospital straw.

I got to wonder, what if some real vets sidled up to him and started sharing war stories, ending with har har har when they shot up some gooks or whatever. He wouldn’t be able to stick around for five minutes of that.
