If you are a conservative and a minority, watch out. Liberals and the liberal media are out to get you. Just ask Herman Cain.
We've seen it before. And Americans are sick and tired of it. The character assassination of conservatives is standard operating procedure for the liberal, progressive media. This stems from a particular form of demented thinking that seems to afflict the majority of liberals and progressives. In his book "The Liberal Mind, the Psychological Causes of Political Madness," board certified forensic psychiatrist Lyle H. Rossiter, Jr. details his view that liberals do indeed suffer from a form of mental illness. With a contorted worldview and diminished capacity for rational thought, committed leftists view conservatives in harsh and barbaric terms.

Bill Clinton is a rapist.
Herman Cain is a black conservative.
Of course the media has to go after the greatest criminal of the three.
What bigger crime can you commit in America than that of being a black conservative?

I read about most of the issues on conservative sites. Some of them are breaking them. Some are saying the current bimbo eruptions are being fueled by the Perry campaign or the Romney campaign. (Cain is claiming Perry). Bachmann and Santorum have both used the current situation to zing him.
All the MSM has to do is sit back and chortle.

We are the small miracle, folks...All decent, honest, concerned people should rally around Herman Cain at this moment. He is being bullied by a group of people no better than criminals in my mind. His accusers are anonymous. He has not been willing to turn his fate over to the “slick” packagers and they do not like it..He has faced his brutal racist adversaries with openness and honestly and then, the media points out that he is making “mistakes.” Well, in my view, his mistakes are that he is an honest man in a hedonistic world. I have a very close relative who was V.P. of a human resources dept. in a big corporation and I can tell you that baseless and frivolous lawsuits of all kinds were frequently paid off to relieve the legal dept. of a money soaking nuisance. Much of the time, the sexual harassment suits were not provable and were brought by radical female lawyers. In a world where Washington D.C. is awash with pimps in certain areas who imprison very young women for prostitution (recorded documentary by Lisa Ling watched last night), where has the media been and why can this not be stopped?..It seems that come dark, the place swarms with men in fine suits with baby seats in the back of the cars from which they solicit girls as young as 11. One has to wonder who those men are and in Washington D.C., where do they work? God help us..We are lost.
I want to support Cain, but his tossing accusations at his fellow Republicans is not going to make him look very good.
If you can’t see the differenfce in how the media treats these allegations and those from the left then there is no hope for you.
Exactly right. We as Americans need to rally around him. The GOP won’t. The supposedly right sided legislators won’t. We ARE that miracle ...
Either support him or don’t. Choose your side. He is not manufactured — he is who he is. The American People holding firm is what is going to beat this Dem/govt/media/rino complex back.
Say a prayer and/or go to mass for him, “Like” Cain’s Facebook page on everything he and staff puts up there over the next news cycle, send in money to his campaign online, call talk shows, and e-forward as many good articles exposing the liberal media hit machine as you can to friends and family, especially those who are GOP and undecided.
Again, the MSM just has to chortle as they are given this stuff on a silver platter.

They point out possible flaws in Cain, none of which change why his supporters thought he’d make a good, conservative President. We do not have a real alternative, and he is the real deal.
He would be proof that any American, due to his own hard work, can make it to the presidency. Not Obama: he had help from the communists and Arabs.
We need to beat the statists who want us to stop supporting a candidate who, even if allegations are true, is a good conservative and brilliant leader. So he didn’t handle it well. Because he is not a politician. Which is what we wanted!

Maybe, or maybe Cain is saying “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.”
Since the accusors have yet to prersent any evidence, I think the smart thing for Herman to do is wait till he has evidence of who is behind the innuendo, and present the evidence instead of engaging in innuendo, himself.
“We need to beat the statists” should be our motto.
If Cain really did this ...no, it doesn’t change what we also know about him — which is he HAS the business and leadership knowledge and skills to get the job done, to revive the economy, and to get this country moving again.
There will NEVER be a perfect candidate. Our media WILL always find something to skewer them with, true or not. We just need to keep driving on.
