A veterans groups called The Veteran Defenders of America has now answered that question. In a documented Call-to-Action titled a – A Declaration to Restore the Constitutional Republic – former Military and Law Enforcement Officers have come together to demand that all oath-takers immediately execute their oaths in preservation of the Constitutional Republic.
At present, every member of the Military, Law Enforcement, Justice, Congress and federal employment is in direct violation of their oaths. As they stand idly by allowing an anti-American transformation of our constitutional form of government, they do so in direct violation of the oaths they have each taken.
This is not just an act which justifies their immediate removal from office — it is in fact a federal crime punishable by extreme measures.
As a result, an undisclosed number of veterans across the country have joined forces to demand that every individual who has ever taken an oath to the Constitution immediately and without reservation, begin to adhere to that oath.
They have put out an open Call-to-Action for every oath-taker and every true American patriot to join them in Washington D.C. on Veterans Day, November 11, 2011 at the Washington Monument to demonstrate the will of the people and the resolve to protect and defend our Constitution and the free Republic for which it stands.

Seriously, think through the demands you posted in 11. How can you call for a Constitutional restoration by demanding unconstitutional methods be adapted?
Are you a veteran of military service who took
an oath to defend the Constitution?
We have a national election in just over a year. THAT is the Constitutionally prescribed method to get Obama out of office. We need to be working towards that, and not chest-beating rallies in DC that have no basis in reality.

I do not consider that military service.
But I missed the section of the First Amendment where I had to have military service to note that the proposals in 11 are extra-constitutional and have absolutely no chance of ever happening, and themselves represent a dangerous concept on their own accord.

A truly good commander looks for the “right opportunity” and seizes the advantage of the moment.
Example:
George Washington at Trenton.
Sam Houston at San Jacinto.
Both endured much grumbling from the ranks before they decided to commit to battle and both were amazingly successful.
The outcome of both had long term effect.

How much do we really know about this organization. This is possibly a false flag ops intended to give 0bama an excuse to declare martial law and suspend elections.
CW2 is Civil War, Part 2. That is...what some are expecting once A) race riots start up either approaching or after the election, B) Obama loses the election and attempts to suspend the Constitution and/or declare martial law, or C) Obama decides to grab power and cancel/suspend the elections, knowing he (and lberals/democrats/marxists/socialists) will lose.
Thinking about this has made me wonder: Who would the enemy be, and how would we know them?
Since you didn’t live military service and take the oath to defend the Constitution, I think I’d leave it to those who did, many career military, and are legally gathering together to pronounce their mutual agreement that the resident of our WH, his administration and members of Congress, who also took the same oath, are not upholding theirs.
It is up to them and the reactions of Americans how their gathering proceeds from there.

Maybe all the vets who are supposed to march in a parade should march to D.C. instead and have someone “stand in” for them in the parade. Seems to me like saving our Republic is pretty important. Not trying to be snarky, just wonder if leaving a noticable gap in the parades and marking that spot with something that will call attention to the Veteran’s March on D.C. would be an effective way to get people’s attention.
I'm sorry, but your military service, be it appreciated, does not give you immunity from criticism when the agenda you posted in #11 has utterly no chance of happening, is extra-constitutional and will do nothing to help with the Constitutionally-mandated method for removing Obama - namely the next election.
There is no way Obama will be removed by the Senate. Dems have a majority there.
So he is in the White House until January 2013 at least - assuming we do win the election. The sooner folks come to grips with that, the better. We have an election to win.
I think a veterans march to DC is a fine idea. But demanding the Constitution be upheld by extra-constitutional measures is a contradiction in terms. It needs to be a protest, not an exercise in absurdity.

The call is led by MG Paul Vallely, Col. James Harding and Col. Harry Riley of Veteran Defenders of America (VDA), a service member division of The United States Patriots Union. Both are member-only organizations formed and funded by an undisclosed number of members.
By my statement, I didn’t mean that I was in the military, though I come from family of many military members, including those who endured much suffering while in service, to this day.
I fully support this peaceful protest and legal assembly ..it’s extremely critical and very important that the public, the military in particular, take every opportunity to publicly acknowledge the horrendous corruption and daily decimation of this great nation, the Constitution and our most sacred covenants and values by this radical. The rest.. the reactions .. like so much, is yet unknown .. in the hands of public opinion and of God.
How many thought that Rick Santelli’s TV rant would subsequently inspire the formation of loose tea party patriot organizations across the nation and that they would grow markedly to have the huge election/political impact they do .. back two years ago?
Just who better has the right to call out the abuses and rogue and extra legal practices of Obama and his administration and to their oath of office and to the Constitution?

But seriously, take a minute and read through the demands in post 11. They are pointless, absurd and go beyond the realm of not happenening. I smell the over-the-top antics of internet blowhard JB Williams behind it. Demanding extra-Constitutional action to defend the Constitution is contradictory and counterproductive.
Stick with pointing out how horrible Obama has been and call for voters to keep voting out the rascals, including the worst of the GOP. THAT worked in 2010, we don't need to change the message for 2012.
